Right Whale Illustration

In this Illustration, the goal was to learn how to use illustrator and show an understanding of its uses. This fun representation of a Right Whale was meant to be scenic and romantic. The colors are meant to show the vibrancy of the ocean below in dialogue with the scenic sky.

I wanted the illustration to be more dynamic by creating the scene within the circle and breaking it in multiple places to create depth and push and pull the viewer’s eye.
